  • Linking Designers with Us:
This first stage is all about inspiration and exploration. Designers often rely on samples, mood boards, materials, swatches, vibes, hand feel, softness, and colors to bring their ideas to life.

  • How Entron Global Supports:
We provide 3D printing services with an incredibly short turnaround time, enabling designers to quickly visualize and iterate on their ideas. With our rapid prototyping capabilities, you can have a sample ready in as fast as one day, allowing for agile development and refinement.

  • Linking Designers with Us:
At this stage, designers evaluate and refine their concepts by comparing samples and conducting idea screening to decide which ideas to move forward with.

  • How Entron Global Supports:
We offer vacuum casting, which uses silicone molds to duplicate parts for small-volume production. This process is ideal for creating 10 to 20 prototypes, making it perfect for small-batch testing and validation of ideas.

Stage 2: Idea Screening

Stage 3: Concept Development

  • Linking Designers with Us:
Designers move from idea to concept by refining their vision with concept samples, enabling them to visualize and fine-tune their ideas.

  • How Entron Global Supports:
Our CNC machining services deliver high-precision prototypes, helping designers construct detailed and accurate concept models. This ensures their ideas are ready for further refinement and validation.

Stage 4: Market Analysis

  • Linking Designers with Us:
Designers use advanced prototypes to show samples and gather feedback from target audiences during market analysis, ensuring the product aligns with market expectations.

  • How Entron Global Supports:
We provide injection molding and rapid tooling services to create high-quality prototypes that resemble the final product. These samples allow designers to evaluate market readiness and fine-tune their designs.

Designers focus on refining the product by showing product samples and testing the assembly of different parts, ensuring all elements work together seamlessly.

  • How Entron Global Supports:
Through injection molding and rapid tooling, we deliver functional product samples and ensure all components fit and operate as intended, preparing the product for final testing and launch.
